phptweetpic v2 is almost done

I know many of you have been anxiously awaiting the release of the new and improved version of phptweetpic. In an effort to not disappoint with the release, i am taking my time making sure everything is working up to snuff, flawlessly, and painlessly. This attention to detail has unfortunately caused me to have to push back the release date a couple times, but trust me, its worth it.
